HYG is looking for an energetic individual who will have a positive influence on the organization and the Energy Systems Product Development team in this role. This position plays an important role in creating, modifying, and implementing designs to address customer needs. This individual interacts with all aspects of the organization, including marketing, manufacturing, procurement, and test, to ensure that we deliver quality forklift trucks. Responsibilities:
Develop, design, release, test and follow up development activities to ensure that the engineering outputs meet the quality, reliability, performance, and cost expectations of the customer, for the following systems:
Hydrogen Fuel Cell Power Subsystems
Li-Ion Battery and Battery Subsystems
Power Management Control Systems
Power Electronics
Provide support to the Manufacturing and Sourcing groups engaged in the project.
Develop system and component level requirements from truck level requirements
Support development testing to ensure design robustness to requirements.
Develop and execute test plans (DVP&R, validation, etc.) for complete vehicle, system, and components
Analyze data and communicate test results both verbally and through written reports
Provide product/process specification documents, detailed drawings, test engineering reports, sales and product information data and test plans
Develop and manage the engineering plan / schedule for the project
Work with suppliers to deliver system performance
Work with electronic systems and component suppliers
Qualifications:
Formal education with a minimum BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Focus on Power Electronics or Alternative Energies preferred
Minimum 8+ years industry experience
Knowledge of Schematic Capture tools, ProE, or other 3D CAD software preferred
Knowledge/skill in Matlab/Simulink preferred
Specialized knowledge/skill in engineer test procedures
Specialized knowledge/skill in vehicle/automotive technology required
Specialized knowledge in Fuel Cell/Li-Ion technology preferred
Specialized knowledge in Electric Motor Control preferred
Knowledge/skill in design, manufacturing technology
Knowledge/skill in industry regulations
Knowledge/skill in project management and planning preferred
Experienced in Power Electronic System Design for Hybrid Power Systems preferred
Innovative thinking, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Quality: Follow established procedures and be attentive to details to ensure accuracy in design and documentation.
Decision Making: Exhibit good judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; demonstrate ability to take decisive actions to develop product.
Systematic Problem solving: Demonstrate ability to apply basic principles and methods to resolve product issues.
Teamwork and Flexibility: Function well in a team environment by working well with other employees and other departments. Work with cross functional engineers to develop efficient, cost effective solutions which meet or exceed customer expectations

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
